Conditions of Use
DIRTY PUNK RECORDS is an independant label, Do It Yourself, mainly managed by only one person. Since 1997 we never needed any « Condition of use » to avoid any important problems, however, this is a few information that could be helpful:
1)BASIC CONDITIONS: We always try to send the goods in good conditions and to do safe and solid parcels. But if for any reasons there may have a problem during the delivery, contact us as soon as possible: dirtypunk@wanadoo.fr.
It sometimes happens that a CD can be re-sealed. It doesn't mean that the CD has been used (all CDs are new except any other indication). Indeed, we sometimes receive CD without boxes and trays due mainly to transport costs. We put it again in boxes and seal it again. But all CDs are new!
If a vinyl jumps, please try it on an other turntable (with good quality), or try to increase or decrease the wheight of the arm before to do a complaint.
We will try to find a solution in a friendly way for each complaint before to go further.
2) ORDER: To order on the online shop, you must creat an account (with a valid and correct email). Then you can click on the different items and fill your cart. When your choice is done, you can checkout your order then choose a shipping and payment way.
If you have any problem during your order, you can contact us by email. You can also check your order satement directly in the shop in « My account » section.
3) PRICE: DIRTY PUNK RECORDS is not subject to VAT.
4) TRANSPORT: Shipping costs are automatically calculated according to the weight of each item. All our parcels are delivered with post service, with french post prices.
Shipping costs depends from your country.
For orders under 2kg, all goods are sent on the priority way (airmail). If you want to get it economic (ground), please mail us to know if it is possible to your country. Note that you can't insure parcel delivered outside of France with the economic sending (For insurance, you need to order an airmail parcel + registered. Email us for that please)
For orders over 2kg, all goods are sent on priority way (airmail) including insurance. If you want to get it economic (ground), please mail us to know if it is possible to your country (It is not possible in every countries).
5) DISPATCHING AND DELIVERY TIME: After we receive payment, under normal circumstances, dispatching time is 48 hours (sometimes 24 hours). Then delivery time is the normal delay of post service (it can spend 10 days for an economical parcel in Europe). However, it could happen that I'm out for a few days. So sometimes, dispatching time could exceptionally be 3 or 4 days.
In case of long absence (more than 5 days) or holidays, I always put a warining on the website homepage or on the first page of the online shop).
At each step of your order (order checkout, payment received, dispatching of the goods), you will receive an email of your statement order. That's why it's important to give us a correct and valid email adress.
If when we receive your order there is a sold out item (very rare), we will contact you for an other item or to refund you.
6) PAYMENT: We accept upfront payment with :
-Paypal: Very easy way for internet payment (if you have a credit card or a paypal account). It's very fast but with extra costs of 4%. More informations at: www.paypal.com. Paypal payment are safe. Paypal don't give us your bank informations. Paypal just send us a payment confirmation which conclude and confirm your order.
-money cash well hidden in an envelope and if possible with a registered mail (advisable). If not, at your own risk. Send it to the adress that appear on the ordering confirmation or on the email order confirmation.
-Bank transfert on our bank account. You will get the bank informations and adress details with your ordering confirmation and email confirmation.
-IMO (international money order) to DIRTY PUNK RECORDS and sent to the adress that appear on the ordering confirmation or on the email order confirmation.
7) RETURNS: You become the owner of the goods once you accept the parcel. DIRTY PUNK RECORDS is not responsible in case of damage due to the transport. If the parcel is damaged, don't accept it.
If there is a damaged item in the parcel (jumping CD, scratching vinyl...) and if the damage is not due to transport, contact us quickly. You have 7 days following the delivery to send us back the damaged goods but you have to bear return goods costs. To be refund or to change the item, the goods must not be opened, unsealed, used or washed.
If we did a mistake in the order (wrong item), all charges for return will be paid by DIRTY PUNK RECORDS.
If the parcel is lost and if it has not been sent as a registered parcel, DIRTY PUNK RECORDS will not be responsible. Read « Transport » (4) for more information concerning foreign registered parcels.
